How long will it take to receive my order?


Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the country.

Do you ship internationally?

No! Currently we only ship to locations in the Republic of Ireland. We plan to expand this soon. Check back for updates!

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure all data passed between our web server and your browser remains private and secure. We never store your full credit card on any company devices.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

On the product page, you can click "Notify Me When Available." Enter your email, and we’ll send you an automated alert the second that item is back in our inventory.

Can I substitute [Ingredient X] if I don’t have it?

Generally, dried herbs can replace fresh (use 1 teaspoon of dried for 1 tablespoon of fresh), but for structural ingredients like flour or eggs, we recommend following the recipe exactly for the best results.

I tried the recipe and it didn't turn out right - what happened?

Cooking can be tricky! Common culprits are oven temperature variations or different ingredient brands. Leave a comment on the recipe post with details about what happened, and we’ll do our best to help you troubleshoot.
